Open enrollment is the annual period when benefits-eligible employees can enroll or make changes to their health insurance and other benefit options.
General details of the benefits you should refer to are found in the on-demand enrollment meeting above. You can also view complete benefit summaries for each plan offered on your enrollment portal in the documents section. If you have questions, you can schedule a personal call with one of our Benefit Sherpas with just a few clicks below.
You can enroll or make changes to your benefits using the "Enroll in Benefits" button above during the open enrollment period, or if you are a new hire during your eligibility period. On this page you will see an instructional video explaining how to complete your elections step by step.
You can schedule a call with one of our Benefits Sherpas. Scheduling a 15-minute consultation is easy, simply select “Connect with a Sherpa” below and schedule yourself when is best.
If you do not enroll in open enrollment, you may not be able to make changes to your benefits until the next open enrollment period unless you experience a qualifying life event (for example, marriage, birth of a child). Please contact your human resources department and one of our Benefits Sherpas will be able to help address your specific need.
Generally, you cannot make changes to your benefits after the open enrollment period has ended unless you experience a qualifying life event as mentioned above. If you have a qualifying event, you can simply schedule a consultation with one of our Benefits Sherpas and they can help you with your substantiation and registration process.
Schedule an individual consultation with one of our Benefits Sherpas. They are here to guide you through open enrollment and help you overcome common obstacles related to all of your healthcare needs.
